This website and its contents are owned by Bleu Clair. Any use of the website or its contents is prohibited.
All measurements of products are approximate. All pieces of furniture are painted with Annie Sloan paints unless otherwise stated. Colours are shown to the best likeness possible but slight variations may occur. Due to the age of our items they may have the odd bump or knock but we feel this adds to the charm, character and story of the pieces.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free and we cannot be held responsible for events arising by use of the internet, that are beyond our control.
Each item is obviously a one-off and therefore only available on a first-come-first-served basis; whilst we make every effort to update the website as frequently as possible, disappointment can sometimes occur. In these instances we will do everything we can to source something similar.
HOW TO ORDER
Order your items via our shopping cart on the Bleu Clair pages. Payment will be made through PayPal (a Paypal account is not necessary) and can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch. PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and we receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information, making buying online safe and secure.
We retain legal ownership of items until full payment is received.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with your order and our service. However, if you are not happy with your order and in accordance with the Comsumer Protection Regulations 2000, you may cancel your order and return unsuitable items within 7 working days of receipt. We will make a full refund, but unless goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty we will require you to pay the delivery charge and cost of return postage. Please be reminded that the majority of our items are old or antique/vintage and therefore are 'pre-loved'. Most products will show signs of 'wear and tear' as appropriate to the age and previous use. If you require items to be in perfect condition then old, antique and vintage may not be for you, modern reproduced products would be more appropraite option.
If you receive products which are faulty, damaged or otherwise incorrect through our error, please notify us immediately and return them to us with full details of fault, order date and order confirmation; please specify whether you require a refund or replacement item. Where a refund is requested we will refund the full purchase price of the product, including delivery charges where charged.
